POSITION SUMMARY The Recruiter – Talent Acquisition is responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent across FAM Brands while serving as a key coordinator of the recruiting process. This hands-on role blends full-cycle recruiting and proactive sourcing with interview coordination, candidate experience management, and Talent Acquisition administration. The Recruiter partners closely with hiring managers and HR to fill roles efficiently, maintain accurate ATS data and reporting, and support campus recruiting and special projects. The ideal candidate is a resourceful, highly organized relationship-builder who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-brand apparel environment. FULL-CYCLE RECRUITING - Manage full-cycle recruitment for an assigned portfolio of corporate, creative, and operational roles across FAM Brands, from requisition intake through offer acceptance. - Partner with hiring managers in intake meetings to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, interview plans, and hiring timelines. - Conduct phone and virtual screens to assess qualifications, culture alignment, compensation expectations, and candidate motivation; present qualified slates to hiring managers. - Create, post, and distribute job postings across internal career sites, external job boards, social channels, and university/campus recruiting portals. - Support offer development by gathering compensation data and benchmarking inputs, preparing offer letters, and extending verbal offers as directed. - Manage candidate pipelines proactively to meet time-to-fill goals and keep hiring managers informed of progress and market conditions. SOURCING & TALENT PIPELINE DEVELOPMENT - Source passive and active talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, resume databases, industry networks, and referrals. - Execute targeted outreach campaigns (InMail, email, and social) and maintain consistent follow-up to convert prospects into engaged candidates. - Build and maintain talent pools and candidate longlists for recurring and hard-to-fill roles, including design, production, sales, and operations position including career fairs, information sessions, and internship pipelines. - Track sourcing channel effectiveness and recommend adjustments to improve candidate quality and reach. RECRUITING COORDINATION & CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE - Schedule and coordinate phone, virtual, and onsite interviews across multiple hiring teams and time zones, managing calendars, conference rooms, and video logistics. - Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the process, delivering timely, professional, and welcoming communication at every stage. - Draft and send candidate correspondence, including interview confirmations, status updates, and rejection communications. - Host and greet candidates onsite and coordinate travel, parking, and hospitality needs for in-person interviews as applicable. - Collect and organize interviewer feedback, schedule debriefs, and follow up on outstanding items (feedback forms, reference checks, background checks) to keep hiring decisions on track. - Coordinate new hire handoff to onboarding, including background/reference check initiation and first-day logistics. TALENT ACQUISITION ADMINISTRATION, SYSTEMS & COMPLIANCE - Manage requisition intake and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring candidate records, requisition statuses, and pipeline stages are accurate and current. - Maintain well-organized recruiting data and documentation across the ATS, HRIS, and shared drives/SharePoint folders. - Generate recruiting metrics and reports (time-to-fill, requisition aging, pipeline status, source-of-hire) for Talent Acquisition and HR leadership. - Ensure compliance with EEO/OFCCP recordkeeping requirements, applicant flow logs, and required job posting language. - Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and correspondence. - Maintain strict confidentiality of candidate, employee, and compensation information at all times. CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION & SPECIAL PROJECTS - Partner with HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and department leaders to ensure a coordinated and consistent hiring process across brands. - Collaborate with Marketing/Design on recruiting collateral, employer branding content, and campus recruiting materials and swag. - Support special projects such as job description development, compensation benchmarking, and recruiting process improvement initiatives. - Coordinate with external vendors, including staffing agencies, background check providers, job boards, and recruiting event vendors. - Perform other duties as assigned to support the Talent Acquisition and broader HR function. QUALIFICATIONS Education: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent recruiting experience considered. Experience: - 2–4 years of recruiting experience, including full-cycle recruiting and recruiting coordination; apparel, fashion, retail, or consumer products experience a plus. - Demonstrated sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and job board databases. Skills & Competencies: - Hands-on experience with ATS/HRIS platforms and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). - Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate-engagement skills with the ability to assess talent across creative and corporate functions. - Exceptional organizational and time-management skills; able to manage multiple requisitions, schedules, and priorities simultaneously. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, customer-service-oriented approach. - Working knowledge of EEO/OFCCP recordkeeping and employment best practices. - Discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential candidate, employee, and compensation information. We offer competitive benefits and are dedicated to equal pay for equal work. Specific salary offers depend on each candidate’s qualifications and experience.
