FULLTIME QUALITY ANALYST I – REMOTE (MUST RESIDE IN MINNESOTA)
*Salary: $52k-$55k+ (DOE)
PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES:

- This position will work with individual staff who may not be completing their case file documentation, and their self-managed team that each staff person is a part of, and the administrative team - Quality Analyst II, Clinical Coordinator and Program Coordinator within the organization to request assistance with staff who may be struggling with quality reporting so staff do quality work for the Greater MN Family Services mission.
- Monitor a significant level of data that ensures that staff's documentation is completed in a timely manner in Procentive (EHR portal) and other data reporting systems.
- Communicate directly and kindly with staff if there are any concerns with the above responsibilities of GMFS employees.
- Request assistance to support and guide staff in difficult situations that may arise in their performance so they may find ways to improve.
- This position may require you to be flexible with the work scheduled should a staff person need to talk about a concern at 8:00pm.
- Although this position is remote, applicants must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to Willmar, MN for periodic training, onboarding, or team meetings as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Counselor Level:
- Bachelor's degree in a human services-related field, such as psychology, social work, human services/human development, sociology, child development/family services or related field is preferred
- Must reside in Minnesota.
- This position requires strong proficiency in English, including the ability to read, write, and communicate clearly and professionally.
- Preference will be given to applicants with experience serving rural Minnesota communities and familiarity with the ethical, logistical, and cultural nuances of rural service delivery.
EXPERIENCE:
- At least 5 years in a human service-related field with extensive background in effective communication, problem solving and detail oriented.
- Must be able to problem solve issues effectively.
- Must understand the importance of confidentiality in the workplace.
