Product Manager Mil/Aero

As a Product Manager within the Mil/Aero Division, you will drive mission-critical success and strengthen market leadership through strategic inventory management, strong supplier partnerships, and customer-focused design-in support. Your Responsibilities: - Manage and optimize inventory levels for Mil/Aero interconnect products, ensuring availability for mission-critical applications while maximizing inventory efficiency. - Drive sales growth by developing strategic supplier partnerships and expanding the Mil/Aero product portfolio. - Act as the primary supplier interface, providing product expertise and supporting sales teams with technical guidance. - Support customer design-in activities by recommending connector solutions that meet Defense & Aerospace requirements. - Develop and execute product and market strategies to strengthen competitiveness and drive business growth. - Lead supplier business reviews and maintain strong relationships to ensure alignment, compliance, and long-term success. - Deliver product training and share market insights to strengthen technical expertise across the organization. - Monitor key business metrics, provide strategic recommendations, and act as the subject matter expert for Mil/Aero products and applications.
