Bilingual Patient Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities: - Ensure prospective and existing patients receive exceptional customer service. - Ensure professionalism, empathy, and accuracy. - Address escalated patient concerns and complaints promptly. - Ensure all patient inquiries are resolved within established service-level expectations. - Demonstrate strong decision-making and accountability. - Maintain confidentiality and professionalism. - Create a culture of ownership, urgency, and exceptional patient care. - Balance operational performance with a compassionate patient experience. Qualifications: - Minimum one year experience in the call center industry or customer service-related field - Bilingual - English and Spanish (Verbal and Written)  - Flexible Schedule/ able to work public and bank holidays and weekends as required  - Must Reside in Belize City or close proximity  - not required but a plus - able to read medical labs or experience in the medical field.
