Ramsay Clinic Wentworthville is now hiring! Ramsay Clinic Wentworthville is seeking enthusiastic Group Facilitators to join our dedicated Group Therapy Team on a casual basis, with opportunities to work across both day and evening shifts. About the Role You will join a compassionate and supportive multi-disciplinary team and will play a key role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based group therapy, complete clinical assessments and contribute to the ongoing development and evaluation of our group programs. Ramsay Clinic Wentworthville, a private mental health facility, offers a range of specialist programs in a calm, welcoming and restorative environment. Our programs are managed, facilitated, and supported by an experienced, multidisciplinary team of health professionals. This role is open to:   - Psychologists (Clinical/Counselling/Registered) - Social Workers - Occupational Therapists - Counsellors - Nurse TherapistsAbout You To succeed in this role, you will bring clinical experience in therapy interventions, preferably within a hospital or specialist mental health setting. You will have a passion for evidence-based treatment, a commitment to recovery-oriented care, and a desire to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals experiencing mental health challenges.
