About the role

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm The Operations & Workforce Specialist supports manufacturing operations by coordinating staffing needs, workforce planning, labor reporting, overtime monitoring, documentation approvals, budget tracking, and waste tracking. This role partners with Operations, Human Resources, Finance, Quality, and Production leadership to ensure accurate reporting, efficient labor utilization, cost control, documentation compliance, and continuous improvement across the facility.
