We are looking for a Senior CRM Marketing Manager to define and own how Capital.com uses CRM to engage clients and drive revenue across markets. You will own our CRM channel strategy, deciding what runs where, when, and in what sequence across the customer lifecycle. You will manage the campaign calendar, lead market-led and educational campaigns, and ensure marketing activity forms a coherent, commercially effective client experience.
