We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver to join our team at our Normandy location (7240 Natural Bridge Rd). As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality products and exceptional service directly to our customers' doors. - Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned delivery areas within Normandy and surrounding regions
- Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service while maintaining a professional demeanor
- Collect payments and process transactions accurately, maintaining detailed records of all deliveries
- Communicate professionally with customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive experience with every interaction
- Perform pre-delivery and post-delivery vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is in safe, roadworthy condition
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and ensure products are properly secured during transport
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure safe driving practices at all times
- Provide exceptional customer service by handling special requests and resolving issues with a friendly, solution-oriented approach
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues or safety concerns to management promptly
- Meet delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining flexibility with scheduling demands
- Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
- Must have a minimum of 2 years driving history (if 18 years old) or 1 year driving history (if 19 years or older)
- Must have access to an insured vehicle that meets company standards and can be used for delivery purposes
- Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check meeting company-specific safety standards
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deliveries
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining consistent attendance
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Proficiency in reading maps and using GPS navigation systems
- Physical ability to lift and carry packages safely and efficiently
- Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to work collaboratively with team members
- Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and safety protocols
- Preferred: Experience in delivery, customer service, or a similar role demonstrating proven reliability
