We are seeking a professional and decisive Assistant Manager to join our team at our Manchester, United States location (667 Big Bend Blvd). In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our operations by supervising daily activities, developing team members, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, organizational excellence, and a commitment to driving operational success while maintaining a supportive and motivational work environment. - Supervise and manage daily operations, ensuring all team members adhere to company policies, procedures, and performance standards - Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support the professional development and training of team members - Make decisive decisions regarding operational challenges, customer concerns, and resource allocation while maintaining alignment with organizational objectives - Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and communicate relevant information to senior management in a timely manner - Foster a positive, collaborative work environment by demonstrating motivational leadership and addressing team concerns with professionalism - Manage inventory, supplies, and resources efficiently to optimize operational costs and service quality - Resolve conflicts and handle difficult situations with diplomacy and problem-solving expertise - Support the implementation of new processes, initiatives, and improvements to enhance organizational performance - Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, safety standards, and company guidelines - Assist senior management with special projects and strategic initiatives as needed - Proven experience in a supervisory or management role with demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams - Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff - Proficiency with management software, point-of-sale systems, and standard office technology - Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making skills - Customer service orientation with a commitment to maintaining high service standards - Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations for improvement - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships and resolve conflicts constructively - Preferred: Experience with budget management, staff training and development, or relevant industry knowledge - Preferred: Background in onboarding and performance management processes BENEFITS - Flexible scheduling -- full & part-time positions available - Competitive wages - 1 week of PTO - Paid mileage - Employee discount on all food items - Advancement opportunities - Paid training programFULL TIME ASSISTANT MANAGER BENEFITS (in addition to above benefits): - Offered Health, Dental & Vision Insurance after 60 days of employment - Voluntary accident coverage/Critical illness coverage - Flexible Spending Accounts - Ability to contribute to a 401K
