We are seeking a professional and organized Assistant Manager to join our team at our Creve Coeur location on Olive Boulevard. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the management of daily operations while demonstrating leadership, efficiency, and a commitment to supporting your team. The successful candidate will balance administrative responsibilities with team supervision, ensuring smooth operations and fostering a positive work environment. - Supervise and support team members, providing guidance, feedback, and performance coaching to ensure high standards of work - Assist in scheduling staff, managing time off requests, and ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts - Implement company policies and procedures while maintaining compliance with organizational standards - Analyze operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity - Support customer or client interactions, addressing concerns and maintaining positive relationships - Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and communicate relevant information to senior management - Coordinate training and onboarding activities for new team members - Manage inventory, supplies, or assets as required for the position - Handle administrative tasks including data entry, documentation, and filing - Assist in resolving conflicts and addressing workplace issues in a professional and fair manner - Proven experience in a supervisory, management, or assistant manager role - Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Demonstrated leadership abilities and the capacity to motivate team members - Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions - Proficiency with management software, scheduling systems, or relevant business applications - Customer service experience and a commitment to maintaining positive relationships - Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels - Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative work - Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment - Experience with budget management or financial oversight (preferred) - Background in staff training and development (preferred) - Conflict resolution and mediation skills (preferred) BENEFITS - Flexible scheduling -- full & part-time positions available - Competitive wages - 1 week of PTO - Paid mileage - Employee discount on all food items - Advancement opportunities - Paid training programFULL TIME ASSISTANT MANAGER BENEFITS (in addition to above benefits): - Offered Health, Dental & Vision Insurance after 60 days of employment - Voluntary accident coverage/Critical illness coverage - Flexible Spending Accounts - Ability to contribute to a 401K
