As a Delivery Driver, you will be the face of our organization, ensuring that packages and products reach our customers safely, on time, and with a smile. This role offers the opportunity to work independently while being part of a collaborative team that values efficiency, professionalism, and exceptional customer service. - Operate a vehicle safely and efficiently to deliver packages to customers throughout assigned routes - Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals and maximize efficiency - Load, unload, and handle packages with care, following proper safety protocols - Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation, including signatures and delivery confirmations - Provide friendly and professional customer interactions, addressing inquiries and concerns with empathy - Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is in proper working condition - Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating the vehicle - Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding any delays, issues, or changes to delivery schedules - Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior - Meet daily delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining quality standards - Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license - Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving history - Must have access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery operations - Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards - Must pass a criminal background check - Strong time management and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Physical capability to lift, carry, and handle packages safely - Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professional work ethic - Knowledge of local traffic laws and safety regulations - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Positive attitude and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction - Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and route assignments - Proficiency with GPS navigation and delivery tracking systems (preferred) BENEFITS - Flexible Hours - Competitive wages - Earn tips daily - Paid mileage - Employee discount on all food items - Advancement opportunities - Paid TrainingFULL TIME DRIVERS BENEFITS (in addition to above benefits): - Offered Health, Dental & Vision Insurance after 60 days of employment - Voluntary accident coverage/Critical illness coverage - Flexible Spending Accounts - Ability to contribute to a 401(k)
