In this role, you'll be the face of our company, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the community. As a Delivery Driver, you'll manage your own route, navigate efficiently through neighborhoods, and ensure every delivery is handled with care and professionalism. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who values flexibility, takes pride in their work, and enjoys building positive relationships with customers. - Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned territories within Festus and surrounding areas - Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and minimize delivery times - Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers professionally and handling inquiries with courtesy and empathy - Verify delivery addresses, collect payments when applicable, and maintain accurate delivery records - Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly - Handle packages and products with care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition - Navigate using GPS and mapping technology to locate addresses and optimize route efficiency - Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior at all times - Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and any challenges encountered - Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating a vehicle - Build and maintain positive relationships with regular customers to encourage repeat business - Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license - Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving history - Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards - Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes - Ability to pass a criminal background check - Strong time management and organizational skills - Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities - Physical capability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularly - Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and mobile technology - Reliable transportation and consistent attendance - Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and genuine customer service orientation - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed - Valid proof of vehicle insurance and registration - Preferred: Previous delivery or customer service experience - Preferred: Knowledge of the Festus area and surrounding neighborhoodsMBR Management Corporation is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
