We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver to join our team in De Soto, United States. As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the local community. If you're organized, efficient, and ready to make a positive impact on every delivery, we want to hear from you! - Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in the De Soto area and surrounding neighborhoods - Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and minimize delivery times - Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers professionally and handling all interactions with courtesy and respect - Carefully load, transport, and unload packages, ensuring products arrive in excellent condition - Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery confirmations, and any special instructions - Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding route updates, delays, or customer concerns - Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly - Navigate using GPS and mapping technology to optimize routes and meet delivery schedules - Handle cash and card transactions securely and accurately when required - Represent our organization positively and professionally at all times, building customer loyalty and trust - Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license - Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving history - Access to a reliable, insured vehicle that meets company standards for delivery use - Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check and meet company-specific driving standards - Strong time management and organizational skills - Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills - Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularly - Proficiency with GPS navigation and mobile delivery applications - Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality - Physical capability to perform repetitive bending, lifting, and walking throughout the day - Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to customer satisfaction - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed - Valid proof of insurance for personal vehicle used for delivery - Willingness to pass a criminal background check - Preferred: Previous delivery or customer service experience BENEFITS - Flexible Hours - Competitive wages - Earn tips daily - Paid mileage - Employee discount on all food items - Advancement opportunities - Paid TrainingFULL TIME DRIVERS BENEFITS (in addition to above benefits): - Offered Health, Dental & Vision Insurance after 60 days of employment - Voluntary accident coverage/Critical illness coverage - Flexible Spending Accounts - Ability to contribute to a 401(k)
