The Account Executive is the 'linchpin' of their accounts, with various responsibilities as listed below. They execute strong media relations skills, pitch reporters, and provide measurable results for our clients. Our Account Executives are client-facing, included in team meetings, participating in brainstorms, creative planning for clients and internal projects alike with a curious, adaptive and entrepreneurial spirit. What you'll be doing: Executive Support - Provide day-to-day remote Executive Assistant support to the London Managing Director group, helping them stay organised and focused on their priorities. - Manage complex and frequently changing diaries across multiple senior leaders, scheduling internal and external meetings and resolving conflicts proactively. - Coordinate meetings across multiple time zones, ensuring the right attendees, rooms, dial-in details and supporting information are in place. - Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, ground transport, itineraries and associated logistics. - Prepare and submit expenses accurately and promptly, following up on receipts, approvals and outstanding items as needed. - Make restaurant, client and business reservations, anticipating preferences and ensuring arrangements run smoothly. - Act as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding promptly and managing requests with discretion. - Support the MD group with day-to-day administrative tasks, including document preparation, meeting coordination and follow-up actions where required. - Anticipate scheduling and logistical issues before they arise and take ownership of resolving them. - Maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive business and people-related information. Skills & Experience - 7 years + previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or in a similar senior administrative support role. - Experience in PR, media or financial service sectors advantageous - Strong diary management experience, ideally supporting several senior stakeholders at the same time. - Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to stay on top of a high volume of moving parts. - Confident arranging complex travel and managing expenses, reservations and meeting logistics. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a polished and professional approach. - Highly responsive, proactive and comfortable taking ownership without needing close supervision. - Excellent attention to detail and a practical, solutions-focused mindset. - High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information. - Comfortable working across an international business and coordinating with colleagues in different locations and time zones. - Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office and workplace collaboration tools. Working Arrangement: - This role is based in South Africa and will provide remote support to our London Managing Director group. - The role will need to align closely with UK working hours to provide effective real-time support to the London team. - Some flexibility may occasionally be required around early starts, late finishes or urgent changes to support senior stakeholders and international travel.
