The Allconnect Mover Platform connects 30M+ movers to experiences that enable them to seamlessly shop or transfer services like Internet, Energy, Security, Insurance, and more. The platform combines industry-leading distribution, proprietary data models, and AI-enabled applications to drive meaningful growth. Our mission is to help make moving simple. As a Director of Digital Growth, you will own one or more of these categories across the Allconnect Mover Platform, with accountability for the customer experience, business performance, and the Fortune 500 partner relationships that power their growth. This is an end-to-end growth leadership role where you’ll set the strategy, lead the team, and stay close to the data and execution to turn insights into measurable growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage one or more categories (Internet, Energy, Security, Insurance, and others) within the Allconnect Movers Platform, reaching 30M+ customers annually
- Own category performance across customer experience, business operations, partner relationships, and P&L management
- Define and execute the digital customer experience strategy and roadmap for your categories, building new experiences and continuously testing and evolving existing ones to drive measurable customer and business outcomes
- Own senior-level partner relationships, driving strategic initiatives that accelerate growth, create long-term value, and strengthen competitive positioning
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of direct reports, provide regular feedback, setting a high bar for performance, and creating meaningful career development opportunities
- Partner cross-functionally to align strategy, prioritize the highest-impact opportunities, and translate ideas into execution and measurable results
- Identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities across partnerships, customer experiences, distribution, and monetization strategies to expand the platform’s reach and revenu
What We’re Looking For:
- 6+ years of experience driving growth in digital businesses, with demonstrated leadership across customer experience, product, analytics, and/or business operations
- Proven experience building and scaling digital experiences from 0-1 and beyond - setting the vision, strategy, and roadmap, using quantitative and qualitative insights to prioritize opportunities; and continuously evolving experiences to drive measurable customer and business growth
- Track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partner management, expanding existing partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Strong business and commercial acumen, with experience connecting customer experience and product decisions to revenue, unit economics, and broader P&L outcomes
- Strong analytical and experimentation mindset, with experience defining performance metrics, developing hypotheses, interpreting customer and performance data, and translating learnings into action
- Experience building, leading, and developing high-performing teams, including both individual contributors and people leaders across product, analytics, and business functions
- Comfort operating hands-on in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, moving fluidly between setting strategy and digging into the details required to deliver results
- Exceptional communication and influence skills, with the ability to articulate a point of view, make clear recommendations, and build alignment across senior internal and external stakeholders
