Keeper Security is seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Intern to support the EMEA Growth Marketing team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, and marketing operations within the cybersecurity industry. They will play an active role in supporting marketing campaigns, lead generation initiatives, and digital marketing activities across the EMEA region. This is a 100% remote internship from select locations, with an opportunity to work a hybrid schedule for those candidates based in the Cork City area.

About the Role
The Marketing Intern will report to the Senior Marketing Manager, EMEA and will be responsible for supporting the EMEA Growth Marketing team on daily tasks and projects. This is a paid, 3-month internship designed to offer real-world professional experience in marketing and demand generation.
Please note that we do not offer school credit for this internship.
Responsibilities
- Assist the EMEA team execute and manage marketing/demand generation activities, including field events, email campaigns, display ads, webinars, social media initiatives and content development that drive new business.
- Help with setting up digital marketing campaigns in LinkedIn, XING, Reddit, Demandbase, HubSpot.
- Provide general marketing support to the team for the coordination of campaigns and projects.
- Collaborate with other Keeper marketing teams to implement international programs like PPC, SEO, PR and more.
- Assist with monitoring campaign performance and reporting.
Requirements
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree) in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take initiative on assigned tasks.
- Basic working knowledge of Google (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) and Microsoft Office products.
Preferred Requirements
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems would be a distinct advantage (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce).
- Previous marketing internship or relevant work experience.

- Applicant tracking, recruitment systems and assessment providers
- Background verification vendors (post offer)
- Recruitment agencies (where applicable)
- Tools to support communication, collaboration and to securely store your data
Keeper ensures that all our third parties are contractually bound to protect your personal data with adequate safeguards in place.
5. International Transfers
Your data may be accessed by Keeper entities globally as needed for the purposes of hiring and decision making. We protect any such data transfer between Keeper entities using appropriate safeguards under applicable data protection laws.
6. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, consistent with our industry leading security standards.
7. Retention
We keep your data for 24 months from your last application activity, then delete or anonymize it.
Exceptions:
- You opt into our talent database for further retention by providing consent (extended retention)
- You're hired (transfers to employee records)
8. Your Rights
You have the following rights and can contact us at the email below to exercise them:
- Access, correct, or delete your data, subject to applicable law and retention requirements
- Object to or restrict processing
- Withdraw consent (where applicable)
- Request data portability
- Lodge a complaint with your data protection authority
If you become an employee, your rights regarding your employee record are governed by our internal Employee Privacy Notice and certain data will be retained as required under relevant laws such as employment or tax law.
When you request access to your personal data, some information may be redacted if it includes the personal data of other individuals or information that we must protect in order to preserve their privacy rights.
