Ibotta is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Publisher team and help us Make Every Purchase Rewarding. Retailers and other publishers in the Ibotta Performance Network use it to bring digital offers from CPG brands to their shoppers. You will own products that help those partners, and the brands they work with, get more value from promotions. Much of this work is in problem spaces we haven't mapped yet, so you will spend real time in discovery: talking with partners, testing ideas by building prototypes, and making the case for what to ship. You will set OKRs, build the roadmap, and lead a cross-functional squad of Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Architecture, working closely with Ibotta's Partnerships and Sales teams.   This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.   Not based in Denver? We will offer a relocation bonus to help make your move to the Mile High City a smooth one.   What you will be doing:   - Get to know our retail partners' businesses: how they run promotions with CPG brands, what their shoppers respond to, and what they need from Ibotta - Take loosely defined problems and turn them into a business case, a measurable goal, and a first version worth shipping - Work AI-native. Use tools like Claude throughout your day to research a market, synthesize partner conversations, analyze data, and draft specs - Build working prototypes yourself and put them in front of partners, Sales, and Engineering, so the team reacts to something real before anyone writes requirements - Own the product end to end, frontend and backend: the tools and dashboards retail partners use directly, and the APIs and integrations their engineering teams build against - Set OKRs with Partnerships, Sales, and Finance, lead a cross-functional squad from discovery through launch, and measure whether what shipped created value for retailers, brands, and Ibotta - Work directly with retail partners alongside Ibotta's Partnerships and Sales teams, including occasional travel (about 5% of the time) to meet them in person - Embrace and uphold Ibotta’s Core Values: Integrity, Boldness, Ownership, Teamwork, Transparency, & A good idea can come from anywhere   What we are looking for:   - 5+ years of product management experience, including a track record of taking products from an ambiguous problem space through launch with a cross-functional team - BA/BS in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field required - You build things yourself. You use AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, v0, or Lovable to make working prototypes, and you use AI every day for research, analysis, and writing - B2B product experience, where your customers are businesses, and you work with them directly. You have run discovery with partners, presented roadmaps to them, and handled hard conversations about scope and timing - You can define a problem space no one has mapped yet, make sound calls without complete data, and say no to good ideas that don't fit the strategy. You understand the economics of deals where several parties share revenue - Enough technical depth to work through APIs, data integrations, and system design with engineers and architects - Clear communication in writing, in visuals, and in person, with internal teams and with senior external partners   About Ibotta (“I bought a...”)   Ibotta (NYSE: IBTA) is a leading performance marketing platform allowing brands to deliver digital promotions to over 200 million consumers through a network of publishers called the Ibotta Performance Network (IPN).
