Job Description The Product Operations & QA Analyst is responsible for ensuring that customer-facing experiences, partner benefits, promotions, pricing, billing workflows, and recently deployed product updates function accurately and as intended. This is a hands-on, non-technical QA and operations role. The Analyst will test experiences from the perspective of an actual customer, conduct recurring billing and operational audits, identify discrepancies, document issues, and work across teams to drive them through resolution. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, good business judgment, and the ability to independently investigate inconsistencies rather than simply following a checklist.
