Construction Project Manager

  Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field. - 5+ years of construction project management experience. - Experience managing cost, schedule, design, construction, and budgets. - Ability to read and interpret construction documents. - Knowledge of FAR, construction standards, safety, and environmental codes. - Strong communication and project management skills. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, and Excel. - Healthcare construction experience preferred, but not required. - Must be able to work onsite in various weather conditions and navigate construction sites.
