Quality Control Technician

Job Title: Quality Technician Location: Chandler, AZ Position Type: Full-Time | 9/80 Schedule Week 1 - Monday–Friday 6am-2pm Week 2 - Monday-Thursday 6am-4pm Pay - $19.00 - $25.00 Join Our Team at Qualastat – Experts in Wire Harness Manufacturing Qualastat is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Technician to support our quality assurance efforts in wire harness manufacturing. Key Responsibilities: - Perform inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished wire harness assemblies - Utilize measuring tools and inspection equipment to verify product conformity - Maintain and review quality documentation, including inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions - Assist in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective/preventive actions - Support internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives - Calibrate and maintain inspection tools and equipment - Manage and track limited shelf-life materials to ensure proper usage and compliance - Ensure adherence to customer and industry standards, with knowledge of AS9100 and ISO 9001 Qualifications: - Knowledge of AS9100 and ISO 9001 quality standards required - Familiarity with J-STD-001 and IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards a plus - IPC certification is a plus - Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications - Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel - Prior experience in electronics or wire harness manufacturing is preferred - Strong communication and time management skills - Must be able to pass a background check - Fluent in English (read, speak, and write) Benefits: - Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance - 401(k) with Company Match - Supplemental Insurance Options - Paid Holidays - Generous PTO Policy - Sick Time
