Job Overview:
**This brand-new state-of-the-art facility is scheduled to open in December 2026.**
We are looking for experienced ASE Certified Automotive Technicians / Mechanics who
are skilled, efficient, dependable, and take pride in performing high-quality repairs.
The ideal technician is confident in their abilities, works with a sense of urgency, and
understands the importance of completing repairs correctly the first time. We are looking
for professionals who value quality workmanship, communicate well, and enjoy working
as part of a team.
Our technicians are required to take ownership of each repair through completion,
including final verification that the repair was performed correctly and the vehicle
concern has been resolved. Attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to doing
what is right for our guests are essential to success in this position.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Accurately and efficiently perform maintenance and repairs on a wide range of
domestic and foreign vehicles
- Complete assigned repairs according to manufacturer specifications and
proper repair procedures
- Perform high-quality repairs while meeting established productivity and
efficiency expectations
- Complete thorough, accurate, and honest courtesy digital vehicle inspections Identify and communicate additional safety, maintenance, or repair concerns discovered during the repair process
- Properly document work performed and communicate relevant repair.

- Utilize shop diagnostic equipment, OE service information, repair information
systems, and specialty tools as needed
- Work together with other technicians to solve problems, maintain workflow,
meet deadlines, and achieve team goals
- Take ownership and accountability for the quality and accuracy of completed
work
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Properly care for guest vehicles, shop equipment, tools, and facilities
- Continue developing technical knowledge and repair skills through ongoing
training
Qualifications: 
- ASE Certifications preferred
- 5+ years of professional automotive technician / mechanic experience
- Ability to clearly and accurately document all work performed, repair procedures, and verification steps taken to confirm the vehicle concern has been fully resolved.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and proven automotive repair skills
- Experience servicing and repairing a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
- Ability to confidently perform general automotive maintenance and mechanical repairs
- Ability to accurately follow repair procedures, specifications, technical service information, and diagnostic findings
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on completing repairs correctly the first time
- Ability to work efficiently and meet established productivity expectations without sacrificing repair quality
- Positive attitude and strong team-oriented mindset
- Dependable, organized, and accountable for assigned work
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills
- Comfortable using computers, tablets, diagnostic equipment, digital inspections, and automotive information systems
- Valid driver's license
- Must own and maintain a complete set of professional automotive hand and power tools necessary to perform assigned repairs.
- Ability to safely operate automatic and manual-transmission vehicles
- Desire to continually improve technical skills and pursue long-term career developmentPhysical Requirements:
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds with appropriate assistance or
equipment when necessary
- Safely work on vehicles raised on automotive lifts
- Work in confined or tight spaces as required by vehicle repairs
- Possess the dexterity necessary to safely and efficiently use hand, power, and specialty automotive tools
- Walk and stand throughout the workday
- Safely operate automatic and manual-transmission vehicles
- Efficiently navigate computers, tablets, diagnostic equipment, and other electronic shop systems
- Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow established shop safety procedures at all times while working in the service area.
