Job Title:Viewing AgentLocation:Shawlands, GlasgowDepartment:SalesReports to:Associate DirectorHours:  Contract:Approx 20 hours per week, spread across evenings, Saturdays and Sundays We are open to considering either a permanent or fixed-term appointment to suit the right candidate's circumstances. As part of the Glasgow Sales Team, you will act as the principal viewer for all marketed properties and ensure that our viewings process is carried out in a highly efficient manner in order to best support the Sales Team. You will demonstrate a clear understanding of, and a shared passion for, our beliefs and values. You will seek to maximise the conversion rate of viewings to successful sales while providing exceptional customer service in keeping with the Rettie brand. In addition, you will work collaboratively with your colleagues to ensure that detailed and accurate feedback is collected to inform the decision-making processes of the Sales team and their clients.   If you have a passion for property, enjoy working with clients and possess excellent knowledge of the south of Glasgow, we would be delighted to hear from you. You will be responsible for the following:   Driving Sales Performance – to be providing a highly effective viewings service, supporting the Sales Team to improve the performance of their marked properties.   Managing Administration – to be organised and diligent in your administration of the viewings process.   Excelling in Client Care – take the time to ascertain the individual needs of all prospective buyers, ensuring they are provided with detailed information with regards to the property and the Rettie & Co. purchasing process.   Maintaining Company and Operational Standards – to ensure standards are met by complying with company policies and procedures - Must hold a current, clean UK driving licence for a minimum of 12 months. - Good knowledge of Shawlands and the surrounding area.  - Proficient in the use of IT systems, including MS Word, Excel, & Outlook - Excellent attention to detail - Experience in a customer-facing role - Customer Focus - Communication - Collaboration - Problem Solving & Innovation - Planning & Organising - Positive Mindset If this opportunity appeals to you, we’d be delighted to hear from you.
