Marketing Specialist (Bilingual Preferred)

Marketing Specialist Role and Responsibilities: - Support the development and execution of Phihong's global B2B marketing and communication strategy. - Gather and analyze marketing data to surface insights, market trends, and campaign performance. - Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver a consistent Phihong brand message in the power supply market. - Assist with product marketing initiatives, working with sales to research target customers and support new product launches. - Help develop product positioning and messaging tailored to target audiences. - Coordinate with global teams to execute marketing campaigns and programs on schedule. - Execute integrated communications and media plans, including press releases, advertising, and digital campaigns. - Create and maintain marketing materials, including corporate and product collateral, website content, and social media assets. - Prepare presentation materials and communications in support of the senior leadership team. - Support sales teams with event logistics, trade show coordination, and sales enablement materials. Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline. - 2+ years of experience in marketing, corporate communications, or public relations, either in-house or with an agency. - Strong analytical skills; experience with market research or marketing analytics tools is a plus. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. - Experience in the automotive or electronics industry is a plus. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with sensitivity to international cultural differences. - Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese preferred.
