Job Title: Deskside Support Representative Distributed Client Services Job ID: #17-71936 Location: atlanta,GA Duration: : 1 year (with possible extension) - Candidates should be able to diagnose and remedy complex Microsoft OS problem tickets, configure and install common applications. - Should have significant experience in customer-facing, Windows-based, corporate technical support environment, including experience supporting Office, Outlook, and working with ticketing systems. - Need experience with iOS, Android, iPad, Tablet, including Mobile Iron, SCCM, HVDs and Apple Mac systems. - Must have good verbal and written skills, as well as ability to interact positively with clients. - Excellent soft skills are a must. Previous retail experience (i.e. Apple Store, Geek Squad) is a plus. - Candidates should have valid driver's license and reliable transportation. - Work is done at customer location.
