Senior SEA Manager / Performance Marketing Consultant (all genders)

Is paid search more than just campaign management to you? Do you take a holistic view, understand business models and turn business goals into measurable growth? Then you’ll feel right at home at diva-e. At diva-e, you’ll combine data-driven performance marketing with strategic client consulting. You’ll develop effective paid search strategies, uncover new opportunities and use cutting-edge AI tools to analyse data faster and make better decisions. Your focus will be on paid search, using Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising. Experience with paid social is a plus. - You develop paid search (SEA) and performance marketing strategies that directly support our clients’ business goals. - You manage Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising campaigns end to end—from strategy and setup to testing, optimisation and scaling. - You analyse KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CPL and conversion rates, then turn your findings into practical measures to drive growth and improve efficiency. - You advise clients proactively, challenge existing campaign setups and confidently present your recommendations to senior decision-makers. - You contribute your expertise to audits, pitches and strategic client projects. - You use AI tools for analysis, research, strategic input and ongoing campaign development. - You have solid experience in paid search (SEA) and performance marketing, ideally in an agency environment. - You have strong hands-on experience with Google Ads; experience with Microsoft Advertising is an advantage. - You can independently manage, optimise and scale complex accounts. - You understand how media, tracking, data, the customer journey and business impact are connected. - Experience with paid social or other relevant platforms is a plus. - You communicate confidently in German and English, have strong consulting skills and can win over clients at senior management level.
