Customer Experience Executive’s Location: Milton Keynes Reporting to: Customer Experience Team Leader As the UK’s favourite property platform, Rightmove aims to give everyone the belief that they can make their move. To help us achieve this, we’re looking for Customer Experience Executives to join our team! *We are currently hiring for several positions across our Customer Experience division, and we will be holding an assessment day on Thursday 22nd October to interview for these roles* As a Customer Experience Executive, you'll be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering an outstanding experience for our partners. You'll provide efficient, timely support while building strong relationships and demonstrating the value we place on every partner interaction. Engaging with partners every day, you'll use your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to understand their needs, resolve queries, and collaborate with teams across Rightmove to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience. What you’ll be doing - Providing a seamless service to internal and external partners across multiple communication channels, within agreed standards - Contributing to team objectives, projects and wider Rightmove initiatives - Identifying process improvements and constructively contributing ideas - Engaging with new technology and ways of working that improve the partner experience - Taking ownership of your development, with support from the leadership team Who you are - Passionate about doing the right thing, taking responsibility and exercising good judgement. - Methodical and quality-focused, taking pride in delivering accurate work first time. - Empathetic and customer-centric, always striving to exceed expectations. - Driven by high standards, believing that "good enough is never good enough." - Resilient and adaptable, comfortable managing increased workloads during peak periods. - Self-motivated and able to work independently. - Curious and eager to learn, embracing change and new responsibilities. - Flexible and collaborative, willing to support wider teams when needed. - Committed to understanding and contributing to the goals and success of the business. - Is an excellent team player, loyal, reliable and punctual.  What you’ll bring to the role - A passion for delivering exceptional, customer-focused service. - Strong knowledge of billing processes and the importance of accuracy. - Excellent numeracy skills and a keen eye for detail. - Clear communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships. - Effective time management and prioritisation skills. - The ability to remain calm and productive under pressure. - Confidence using Excel, Word, and CRM systems. - A proactive approach to problem-solving and taking ownership of queries.
