As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the community. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing exceptional service, we want to hear from you! - Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in a timely and professional manner - Navigate assigned routes efficiently while maintaining accurate delivery records and documentation - Provide friendly, courteous customer service at each delivery stop, ensuring a positive brand experience - Inspect vehicle condition before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance issues promptly - Handle cash and card transactions accurately, following company protocols and security procedures - Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and ensure proper product storage during transit - Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or customer concerns - Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company driving standards to ensure safe operations - Build positive relationships with customers and represent the organization professionally at all times - Meet delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities - Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license - Minimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company-specific standards - Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for commercial delivery purposes - Must pass a criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record Check - Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deliveries - Excellent customer service and communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor - Physical capability to safely load, unload, and handle delivery items - Ability to navigate routes efficiently and adapt to changing delivery schedules - Reliable and punctual with a commitment to meeting delivery deadlines - Knowledge of the local Belleville area is preferred but not required - Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to work collaboratively with team members - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed BENEFITS - Flexible Hours - Competitive wages - Earn tips daily - Paid mileage - Employee discount on all food items - Advancement opportunities - Paid TrainingFULL TIME DRIVERS BENEFITS (in addition to above benefits): - Offered Health, Dental & Vision Insurance after 60 days of employment - Voluntary accident coverage/Critical illness coverage - Flexible Spending Accounts - Ability to contribute to a 401(k)
