As a Delivery Driver, you will be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers with every stop. If you're organized, efficient, and passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you! - Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes throughout Greenville and surrounding areas - Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service to all customers - Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery times, and any special instructions - Provide friendly and professional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with empathy and transparency - Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is in safe, working condition - Handle packages and products with care, ensuring they arrive in excellent condition - Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating the vehicle - Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or customer concerns - Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior - Build positive relationships with customers and represent the organization professionally at all times - Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license - Minimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company-specific standards - Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes - Must pass a criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record Check - Strong time management and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in route planning and navigation (GPS/mapping tools preferred) - Physical capability to safely lift and carry packages of varying weights - Knowledge of local traffic laws and commitment to safe driving practices - Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with a positive attitude - Customer service orientation with the ability to interact professionally with diverse clientele - Ability to work independently while remaining collaborative with team members - Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and delivery demands BENEFITS - Flexible Hours - Competitive wages - Earn tips daily - Paid mileage - Employee discount on all food items - Advancement opportunities - Paid TrainingFULL TIME DRIVERS BENEFITS (in addition to above benefits): - Offered Health, Dental & Vision Insurance after 60 days of employment - Voluntary accident coverage/Critical illness coverage - Flexible Spending Accounts - Ability to contribute to a 401(k)All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
