Delivery Driver (01502) 416 S 9th Street

In this role, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the community. As a Delivery Driver, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring timely and professional delivery of products while building positive relationships with the customers you serve. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, values efficiency, and enjoys working independently while being part of a supportive team. - Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes throughout Columbia - Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals and excellent customer service - Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures and delivery confirmations - Inspect vehicle condition before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance issues promptly - Communicate professionally with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns with a friendly demeanor - Handle products with care, ensuring items arrive in excellent condition - Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating a vehicle - Organize and load delivery items efficiently to maximize route productivity - Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior - Collaborate with the team to meet daily delivery goals and support operational efficiency - Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license - Minimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company standards - Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes - Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check and criminal background check - Strong time management and organizational skills - Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities - Ability to navigate routes efficiently and adapt to changing delivery schedules - Physical capability to lift, carry, and load packages safely - Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality - Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and genuine customer service orientation - Ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration - Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge and responsibility for vehicle upkeep - Flexibility to work varying shifts as business demands require BENEFITS - Flexible Hours - Competitive wages - Earn tips daily - Paid mileage - Employee discount on all food items - Advancement opportunities - Paid TrainingFULL TIME DRIVERS BENEFITS (in addition to above benefits): - Offered Health, Dental & Vision Insurance after 60 days of employment - Voluntary accident coverage/Critical illness coverage - Flexible Spending Accounts - Ability to contribute to a 401(k)
