Delivery Driver (01503) - 1500 Interstate 70 Dr. SW

In this role, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the community. As a Delivery Driver, you'll play a crucial part in our mission to provide exceptional service while maintaining efficiency and professionalism on every route. - Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned delivery areas within Columbia and surrounding regions - Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to meet time management goals and customer expectations - Provide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery stop, ensuring a positive brand experience - Verify delivery addresses, customer information, and order accuracy before completing transactions - Maintain organized records of deliveries, customer interactions, and vehicle maintenance - Handle products with care and ensure items arrive in excellent condition - Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or customer concerns - Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly - Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating a vehicle - Build positive relationships with customers and represent the organization professionally at all times - Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license - Minimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company-specific standards - Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery operations - Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and Motor Vehicle Record verification - Strong time management and organizational skills to prioritize multiple deliveries efficiently - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset - Physical capability to safely lift, carry, and deliver packages of varying sizes - Reliability and punctuality with a commitment to meeting delivery schedules - Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and willingness to go the extra mile for customers - Familiarity with local Columbia area roads and neighborhoods (preferred) - Experience in delivery, logistics, or customer service roles (preferred) - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed BENEFITS - Flexible Hours - Competitive wages - Earn tips daily - Paid mileage - Employee discount on all food items - Advancement opportunities - Paid TrainingFULL TIME DRIVERS BENEFITS (in addition to above benefits): - Offered Health, Dental & Vision Insurance after 60 days of employment - Voluntary accident coverage/Critical illness coverage - Flexible Spending Accounts - Ability to contribute to a 401(k)
