Delivery Driver (01504) - 102 W 6th St

We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at our Fulton location (102 W 6th St). In this role, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the neighborhood. As a Delivery Driver, you'll play a crucial part in our mission to provide exceptional service while maintaining efficiency and professionalism on every route. - Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in a timely and professional manner - Navigate assigned delivery routes efficiently using GPS and route planning tools - Provide friendly, courteous customer service and handle customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism - Verify delivery addresses and customer information to ensure accuracy - Maintain organized records of deliveries, including signatures and delivery confirmations - Inspect vehicle condition before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance issues promptly - Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure safe driving practices - Handle products with care to maintain quality and prevent damage during transport - Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and any issues - Manage time efficiently to meet delivery schedules and customer expectations - Maintain a clean and professional appearance while representing the organization - Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license - Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving history - Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes - Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills - Ability to navigate using GPS and route planning technology - Physical capability to safely load, unload, and handle deliveries - Reliable, punctual, and committed to meeting delivery schedules - Clear communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members - Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction - Preferred: Previous delivery or customer service experience - Preferred: Familiarity with the local Fulton areaMBR Management Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
