As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers with every stop. If you're organized, efficient, and passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you! - Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes throughout Columbia and surrounding areas - Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service to all customers - Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery times, and any special instructions - Provide friendly and professional customer service at each delivery stop, addressing questions and concerns with a positive attitude - Inspect vehicle daily for mechanical issues and report any maintenance needs promptly - Handle packages with care, ensuring products arrive in excellent condition - Navigate using GPS and route planning tools to maximize efficiency and minimize travel time - Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding delivery status, delays, or customer issues - Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior at all times - Comply with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating a vehicle - Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license - Minimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company standards - Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes - Must pass a comprehensive Motor Vehicle Record Check and criminal background check - Strong time management and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency with GPS navigation and route planning technology - Physical capability to safely lift and carry packages of varying sizes - Reliable, punctual, and committed to meeting delivery deadlines - Customer-focused mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing schedules and routes - Preferred: Familiarity with the Columbia area and local geography BENEFITS - Flexible Hours - Competitive wages - Earn tips daily - Paid mileage - Employee discount on all food items - Advancement opportunities - Paid TrainingFULL TIME DRIVERS BENEFITS (in addition to above benefits): - Offered Health, Dental & Vision Insurance after 60 days of employment - Voluntary accident coverage/Critical illness coverage - Flexible Spending Accounts - Ability to contribute to a 401(k)
