We are currently seeking a highly motivated Finance Specialist to join our dynamic team at AVATR Global Design Center. This is a 1-year contract position, ideally starting October 1, 2026, with the possibility of extension. In this role, you will support day-to-day financial controlling and accounting, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial processes and reporting. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, international automotive environment. Main Responsibilities: - Manage accounts payable and invoice ledgers by ensuring accuracy and timely processing of payments, including the collection, verification, and submission of payment-related documents and applications. - Support the finance team with month-end close processes, including the preparation of monthly financial statements and local German financial/tax reports. - Maintain finance systems and master data, ensuring data accuracy and supporting the implementation and improvement of finance-related processes. - Facilitate effective communication with company headquarters, ensuring alignment on financial activities, updates, and strategic initiatives. - Support external tax and audit activities by preparing relevant documents, coordinating requests, and ensuring timely and accurate information. - Participate in various finance-related support tasks as needed. Requirements: - Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. - 2-3 years of experience in a finance role, preferably within the automotive OEM sector. - Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with SAP software is a must. - Fluent in English and Chinese. German language skill is preferred. - Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
