The Role Pinger is seeking a talented and curious Senior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team.  You’ll work with our Marketing, Growth, and Social teams, combining strong design fundamentals, original creative thinking, and demonstrable, hands-on expertise with generative AI to support the production of static and motion Marketing assets that effectively communicate our brand narratives across Pinger’s web properties, social profiles, in-app campaigns, and paid acquisition channels. You’ll also help Pinger develop smarter, faster, and more responsible AI-enabled creative workflows. Responsibilities - Conceptualize and develop high-quality static and motion assets for our brands’ digital properties in an inspired and visually arresting manner, including: websites and landing pages, app stores, in-app communications for lifecycle marketing and paid acquisition, social media, and other marketing media. - Publish and update content in WordPress and support routine maintenance of marketing web properties. - Create visual and motion assets for lifecycle and paid acquisition efforts. - Create performance ads for YouTube, Meta platforms, and TikTok. - Create motion and video content for organic social use, with particular emphasis on YouTube, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels. - Adapt and resize ad/social creative for multiple dimensions, placements, markets, and file formats without compromising quality. - Manage multiple projects and priorities while consistently delivering accurate, production-ready assets on schedule. - Design with accessibility in mind, including legibility, hierarchy, color contrast, captions, and the needs of audiences across devices and platforms. - Use generative AI as an integral part of the creative workflow to explore concepts, develop visual directions, create and edit imagery, generate variations, and accelerate production. - Apply strong art direction and hands-on design craft to refine AI-assisted work, ensuring every final asset feels intentional, original, and consistent with Pinger’s brand standards. - Review AI-assisted work for visual artifacts, factual inaccuracies, bias, inappropriate representation, brand risk, and potential intellectual-property concerns before publication. - Build reusable prompts, reference libraries, templates, skills, and repeatable workflows that improve creative consistency and production efficiency across several departments. - Evaluate emerging AI tools and recommend practical additions to Pinger’s creative toolkit based on quality, controllability, workflow fit, security, and commercial-use considerations. - Follow company policies governing confidential information, customer data, intellectual property, model usage, representation, disclosure, and content provenance. - Present concepts and works in progress to stakeholders, explain creative decisions, receive feedback constructively, and translate that feedback into thoughtful final work. - Collaborate with Growth and Marketing partners to evaluate creative performance, identify patterns, and apply learnings to future concepts and iterations. Qualifications - 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, including a portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual exploration, brand design, website & landing page development, digital ad campaign work, and social media collateral. - A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, visual communication, or a related discipline or equivalent professional experience. - Experience designing marketing creative for consumer-facing mobile apps or subscription products. - Advanced proficiency with Figma and experience working within shared design systems, component libraries, and collaborative creative workflows. - Advanced proficiency with WordPress,  HTML/CSS, and web-content publishing, and familiarity with different WordPress themes, editors, and creative tools. - Advanced proficiency with AI creative tools or platforms, such as Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Creatify, Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly, Ideogram, Flux, and/or other comparable tools. - Demonstrable experience using generative AI in professional creative work—not only prompting, but also directing, evaluating, compositing, retouching, and refining outputs into production-quality assets. - A clear understanding of when AI improves a creative workflow—and when traditional design, illustration, photography, or production methods will produce a better result. - Proficiency with AI video, voice, audio, and/or avatar tools. - A commitment to responsible AI use, inclusive representation, accessibility, brand safety, and respect for intellectual property. - Strong visual judgment and exceptional attention to detail, including the ability to identify subtle inconsistencies and artifacts in both AI and designer-generated content. - Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro. - Strong motion design and short-form video skills, including an understanding of pacing, sound, hooks, platform conventions, and visual storytelling. - Ability to move fluidly between divergent exploration and precise execution. - Experience receiving a creative brief, asking smart questions, presenting a rationale, and carrying work from early concept through final production. - Strong communication, presentation, organization, and project-management skills in a remote, cross-functional environment. - Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to continuously learn and grow as creative tools and practices evolve. Nice to Have - Experience with the Kadence theme in WordPress - Experience with App Store and Google Play Store creative, including screenshots, preview videos, and creative testing. - Experience building AI-first creative production workflows. Compensation - $100k - 130k, commensurate with experience. This role is also eligible for a target annual bonus equal to 30% of base salary.
