This is an on-site role out of our London office.
Working at WGSN
Together, we create tomorrow
A career with WGSN is fast-paced, exciting and full of opportunities to grow and develop. We're a team of consumer and design trend forecasters, content creators, designers, data analysts, advisory consultants and much more, united by a common goal: to create tomorrow.

Our services cover consumer insights, beauty, consumer tech, fashion, interiors, lifestyle, food and drink forecasting, data analytics and expert advisory. If you are an expert in your field, we want to hear from you.
Role overview
We are seeking a creative powerhouse and master visual storyteller to lead WGSN’s video output and continuously elevate our global brand. Reporting directly to the Head of Picture & Video and working in close partnership with our Creative Director, Art Director, and the parallel WGSN Design Studio, this hybrid role balances an estimated 70% creative work with 30% production coordination.
You will drive bold ideas from brief to delivery—developing new formats and sharp scripts, overseeing film shoots, and delivering cutting-edge editing and motion graphics. You will also mentor a Video Editor while keeping project schedules, call sheets, and shoot logistics running seamlessly. This position is ideal for an ambitious creative lead who thrives on pushing visual boundaries and elevating campaigns through world-class storytelling.
The team
The Video Team is WGSN's in-house creative production engine, working in parallel with the WGSN Design Studio and based across the globe.
Our team brings together talented creatives, each with a unique perspective and technical expertise, to elevate storytelling and brand building across all departments, products, and channels at the WGSN Group. We are dedicated to pushing the boundaries of creativity and ensuring that the WGSN Group remains at the dynamic forefront of all the industries we serve.
Being part of this agile team will give you the opportunity to directly shape the global media narrative of a world-leading brand. We are looking for someone who isn’t afraid to speak their mind, encourage change, work hard, have a true passion for collaboration and have fun along the way.
