Steel Fabrication Fitter Location: Richmond, VA Job Type: Full-Time | Contract to Hire Shifts: 1st & 2nd Shift Pay: Up to $28.00/hour, based on experience 2nd Shift Differential: +$3.00/hour Position Overview We are hiring a Steel Fabrication Fitter to prepare and assemble structural steel components for fabrication. This position focuses on accurate layout, measurements, positioning, fit-up, and alignment while working from shop drawings and fabrication specifications.
