VP Finance

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a VP Finance based in United States. This is a high-impact finance leadership role at the intersection of infrastructure, energy, transportation, and technology. You will shape the financial strategy behind the deployment of battery-powered rail assets, charging infrastructure, and dedicated microgrids. The role owns how major assets are funded, how customer contracts are structured, and how capital is raised to support rapid growth. You will build financing models and structures designed to scale from hundreds of millions of dollars toward billions in deployed infrastructure. The position combines equity fundraising, asset finance, deal design, financial modeling, incentives, governance, and investor readiness. You will also build and lead a lean, AI-native finance organization spanning accounting, FP&A, treasury, tax, legal, and financial operations. This is an opportunity for a hands-on finance executive to create the financing playbook for an emerging infrastructure model rather than maintain an established one.
