This is a senior program leadership opportunity supporting strategic healthcare initiatives within a complex, highly matrixed environment. You will provide direction across program design, implementation, governance, operations, process improvement, and service delivery. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on portfolio oversight, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable value and align with organizational priorities. You will work closely with executive sponsors, senior leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to establish objectives, priorities, budgets, and success measures. A key focus will be strengthening governance, operational efficiency, scalability, compliance, and sustainable adoption of new processes and technologies. You will also use data, financial insights, and performance metrics to identify risks, guide decisions, and improve program outcomes.
