Manager, Data Recruiting

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager, Data Recruiting based in the United States. This remote leadership role will oversee recruiting across Data Science and Data Engineering, helping build the talent engine behind a rapidly scaling organization. You’ll lead and develop a high-performing team of technical recruiters while partnering closely with senior leaders across the Data organization. The role combines people leadership, strategic workforce planning, recruiting operations, and data-driven decision-making. You’ll shape search strategies, diagnose funnel performance, and introduce scalable solutions that improve hiring outcomes. Your work will directly influence the organization’s ability to attract exceptional technical talent and achieve ambitious growth objectives.
