Managed Payroll Specialist

This is a US-remote, client-facing payroll role responsible for delivering accurate and compliant payroll services to a portfolio of complex customers. You’ll own the end-to-end payroll cycle, from data collection and validation through approvals and final accuracy checks. As a trusted payroll advisor, you’ll manage customer relationships, resolve nuanced issues, and communicate proactively throughout each pay cycle. The role combines payroll expertise with problem-solving, technology, process improvement, and service excellence. You’ll also contribute to improving systems, automation, AI-assisted workflows, and operational processes as the managed payroll offering continues to scale. As a senior team member, you’ll mentor colleagues, handle escalations, and help establish stronger standards for quality and compliance.
