Fintech Financial Controls Reporting Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Fintech Financial Controls Reporting Analyst based in United States. This role supports a partner-focused Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR) program within a modern Banking-as-a-Service and fintech environment. You will evaluate control and assurance gaps, perform targeted alternative testing, and help ensure financial reporting risks are appropriately addressed. The position combines internal controls expertise, analytical investigation, evidence evaluation, and detailed workpaper documentation. You will collaborate with Financial Controls, Partner Risk, Internal Audit, testing teams, management, auditors, and external fintech partners. A key focus will be translating identified control gaps into practical, risk-based testing procedures and supportable conclusions. The role offers an opportunity to work at the intersection of banking, financial technology, risk management, and regulatory controls.
