Field Service Technician

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Field Service Technician based in United States. This role provides hands-on field service support for high-voltage products and equipment across customer sites in North America. You will install, commission, maintain, and service standard HV products while working primarily within substations and network facilities. The position combines technical fieldwork with customer service, documentation, troubleshooting, and close coordination with operational teams. You will help ensure field projects stay on schedule while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work independently in demanding field environments. You will receive relevant product and safety training while developing your technical expertise across installation, commissioning, and servicing activities. This is a highly mobile opportunity with up to 70% travel, offering exposure to diverse customer sites and technically challenging field projects.
