Director, Product Design

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Product Design based in United States. This senior design leadership role will define the experience vision for a sophisticated enterprise data security platform serving expert security professionals. You will lead the product design team while remaining deeply engaged with the craft, ensuring complex workflows feel intuitive, coherent, and effective. A major focus will be designing the next generation of human-and-AI collaboration, including agent-assisted investigations, explainability, trust, and human control. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Experience, and executive leadership to shape product direction from the earliest stages. The role combines people leadership, UX research, design systems, product strategy, and hands-on design influence across a growing platform. You will establish measurable standards for usability and customer experience while guiding major initiatives such as platform migration and product consolidation.
