Associate Director, Product (Data)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Associate Director, Product (Data) based in United States. This is a leadership opportunity to own and grow a data product designed to make complex healthcare data more accessible and actionable. You will lead the product strategy, day-to-day operations, discovery, delivery, and roadmap for a self-service data warehousing and reporting solution. Working closely with engineering and cross-functional teams, you will translate customer needs into scalable product experiences and successful releases. You will also engage directly with clients, manage escalations, and guide stakeholders through product changes and launches. The role combines technical product management, strategic thinking, customer partnership, and people leadership. You’ll have significant autonomy to navigate ambiguity, identify opportunities, and shape the future of a data-driven healthcare product. This is a fully remote position with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on healthcare organizations and the populations they serve.
