The Area Sales Manager UK is responsible for developing sales growth across the UK market through the existing Official Dealer (OD) network while expanding and strengthening the dealer ecosystem. The role translates company growth objectives into actionable market plans, builds strong partnerships within the textile decoration industry, and acts as a brand ambassador for Stanley/Stella.   By leveraging market intelligence and maintaining close relationships with dealers and industry stakeholders, the Area Sales Manager ensures sustainable revenue growth, market penetration, and alignment with Stanley/Stella’s values and business model. Sales Growth & Market Development - Develop and execute a UK market strategy aligned with company priorities and growth objectives. - Build detailed sales action plans to increase revenue and sales volumes within the assigned territory. - Drive sales performance through existing Official Dealers by identifying growth opportunities and supporting business development initiatives. - Monitor sales performance and market potential, adjusting priorities and plans when needed.Dealer Network Management - Develop strong, long-term relationships with Official Dealers and key accounts within the textile decoration community. - Support dealers in promoting Stanley/Stella products, positioning, and brand values. - Identify, evaluate, and onboard new dealer partners that fit Stanley/Stella’s business model and growth ambitions. - Ensure the dealer network remains engaged, productive, and aligned with company expectations.Market Intelligence & Business Insights - Maintain a strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends. - Provide regular market feedback and business intelligence to headquarters to support strategic decision-making. - Identify emerging opportunities and risks within the UK market.Brand Representation - Act as an ambassador for Stanley/Stella’s project, philosophy, products, and values. - Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, trade fairs, and networking activities. - Contribute to strengthening Stanley/Stella’s reputation as a trusted and reliable partner in the market. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with Customer Service, Marketing, Supply Chain, Product, and other internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Support internal alignment around market priorities, customer feedback, and business opportunities. - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness.
