JOB OVERVIEW  The Recruitment Manager is responsible for leading the full talent acquisition strategy for the property, ensuring the attraction, selection, and onboarding of exceptional talent aligned with the brand’s culture and service philosophy. Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, this role partners closely with department leaders to build high-performing teams while ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience.  This position combines strategic workforce planning with hands-on recruitment delivery, ensuring talent pipelines are strong, hiring processes are efficient, and the employer brand is consistently represented in the market.  DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  - Develop and implement the annual recruitment strategy in alignment with business needs and pre-opening or operational workforce plans as well as Saudization targets.  - Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements, budget considerations, and succession planning needs.  - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessments, offers, and onboarding coordination.  - Ensure job descriptions are accurate, market-aligned, and reflective of brand positioning.  - Build proactive talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.  - Drive innovative sourcing strategies including social media, recruitment events, career fairs, and industry networking.  - Strengthen the employer brand by ensuring a consistent, elevated candidate experience at every touchpoint.  - Oversee and monitor recruitment KPIs including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire metrics.  - Ensure fair, unbiased, and compliant hiring practices in line with local labor laws and company policies.  - Coordinate closely with the Government Relations Manager to ensure smooth transition from offer stage to visa processing and onboarding where applicable.  - Support workforce nationalization initiatives and diversity goals in line with local regulations and company strategy.  - Build and maintain strong relationships with local universities, hospitality institutes, and training programs to attract emerging Saudi talent.  - Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners, negotiating terms and monitoring performance.  - Oversee onboarding schedules in collaboration with People Operations and Training teams to ensure seamless integration of new hires.  - Maintain accurate recruitment records, reporting dashboards, and manpower tracking systems.  - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.  - Minimum 4–6 years of recruitment experience, preferably within hospitality in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.  - Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law, Saudization regulations, and workforce compliance requirements.  - Proven experience achieving and managing nationalization targets.  - Established network within the Saudi talent market and educational institutions is highly preferred.  - Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.  - Excellent interviewing, assessment, and negotiation abilities.  - Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are strongly preferred. SKILLS - Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to lead and develop recruitment teams. - Excellent knowledge of end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment best practices. - Strong understanding of hospitality recruitment, particularly in luxury and pre-opening environments. - Proven ability to develop and execute strategic recruitment and workforce planning initiatives. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with senior leaders and department heads. - Excellent interviewing, candidate assessment, and selection skills. - Strong sourcing and talent pipeline development capabilities, including passive candidate sourcing. - Knowledge of Saudization / nationalization requirements and local employment regulations. - Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making. - Experience managing recruitment agencies, vendors, and external talent partners. - Strong employer branding and candidate experience management skills. - Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously. - Strong negotiation and influencing skills, particularly in offer management and stakeholder alignment. - High level of confidentiality, professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail. - Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms such as SmartRecruiters. - Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
