About the role
Customer SuccessAccount Management
Are you an experienced Customer Success professional who loves turning customers into long-term partners, and are you looking for work with real purpose?
At ChurchDesk – now also including Hagru – we are growing in the Netherlands and are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team in Groningen.
You'll own a portfolio of Dutch churches and congregations that already use Hagru or ChurchDesk. You'll onboard them, make sure the platform truly supports their daily work, and grow those accounts by showing them where else ChurchDesk can add value.
Does this sound like you?
You know what great customer success looks like: structured onboarding, proactive account management, healthy retention and well-timed expansion conversations. You're equally comfortable walking a volunteer through their first login and discussing an upgrade with a church council. You don't need a church background. What matters is that you're curious about our customers' world and genuinely motivated by helping them succeed.
Your Role: Onboarding, Advisory and Growth
- Onboard new customers: You guide churches through setup and training to their first successes, so they feel confident from day one.
- Own your portfolio: You're the main point of contact for your customers, understand their workflows and goals, and help them get the most out of the platform.
- Drive adoption and retention: You monitor usage and customer health, spot risks early and act proactively.
- Grow your accounts: You identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and lead those conversations confidently, with a focus on real customer value.
- Be the voice of the customer: You share insights with our product and sales teams to help shape ChurchDesk for the Dutch market.
