Workflow Consultant & Trainer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Workflow Consultant & Trainer based in United States. As a Workflow Consultant & Trainer, you will help healthcare providers and their teams successfully adopt and optimize a cloud-based clinical platform. You will lead bilingual Korean and English training sessions, provide hands-on workflow consultation, and support practices throughout onboarding and post-launch stabilization. Working closely with physicians, clinical staff, practice managers, and administrative teams, you will translate technology into practical workflows that improve efficiency and care delivery. The role combines field-based training, community engagement, workflow assessment, and cross-functional collaboration. You will become a trusted resource within strategic enterprise partner networks while identifying adoption challenges and opportunities for improvement. This is a part-time, 3-month contract role requiring a strong on-the-ground presence across practices and healthcare communities in Southern California.
