Staff Platform Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Staff Platform Engineer based in United States. As a Staff Platform Engineer, you will shape the foundations that enable engineering teams and AI coding agents to build, test, deploy, and operate software effectively. You will take a hands-on leadership role across infrastructure, CI/CD, testing, observability, developer tooling, and secure delivery. Your work will establish scalable standards and create shared tools and workflows that improve engineering velocity across the organization. You will also help adapt development environments and repositories for increasingly capable AI agents. Working closely with product teams, you will balance technical leverage with a strong internal-user mindset. This is an opportunity to influence how modern software is created while remaining deeply involved in code, infrastructure, and delivery pipelines.
