Senior Producer (Gameplay)

As a Senior Producer, you will serve as a key operational leader across the full game development lifecycle, from early concept and pre-production through launch and live operations. You will work closely with creative directors and discipline leads to turn creative vision into clear roadmaps, milestones, and delivery plans. The role spans design, engineering, art, audio, and narrative, ensuring teams remain aligned and productive. You will proactively manage risks, dependencies, scope, and timelines while protecting the quality of the player experience. Using production metrics and agile practices, you will improve workflows, capacity planning, and delivery predictability.
